British Prime Minister David Cameron will pay a working visit to Budapest on Thursday and hold talks with Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orbán, the head of the prime minister’s press office said.
The schedule of the visit is still being prepared but Orbán is expected to meet Cameron in Parliament, followed by a joint press conference, Bertalan Havasi said. President János Áder will also meet Cameron at the Buda Castle’s Sándor Palace later in the day.
Viktor Orbán last held consultations with David Cameron before the Brussels EU summit in December, and announced after the meeting that his British counterpart would visit Budapest on January 7. Previously Orbán had paid a visit to London as far back as October 2013.
