The local unit of soft drink maker Coca-Cola inaugurated a 2 billion forint (6.5 million euro) warehouse at its base on the outskirts of Budapest on Wednesday.
The 6,500sqm warehouse can store 8.4 million litres of product. According to news site 24.hu, the brand new warehouse is the largest storage space of its kind in Hungary. The new 12-meter-high building can hold 12,000 palettes of Coca-Cola.
The warehouse was inaugurated by Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország managing director Minas Agelidis and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó.
